(u) An agent is not required to inform at the weekend without his express consent. „consultation“ means that participants or, in accordance with this agreement, have access to all relevant documents and have the opportunity to contribute to and influence decision-making. Consultation does not mean reaching an agreement. (a) a Joint Advisory Committee (CCM) consisting of three university nominees and three EU appointees, one of whom may be a chargé d`affaires; On the basis of prior agreement, additional participants may be invited to attend a CCM meeting. (aa) If a supervisor and an officer fail to reach an agreement on the allocation of the workload, one of the two persons can enter the DVC (A). The DVC (A) will be advised by both parties and will formulate a resolution. The DVC (A) can be advised by the director, Human Resources. c) For all academic staff and for specialized staff already employed at USC at the time of approval of this agreement, the package is calculated as follows: b) If a dispute is not resolved by the procedures described above, the matter is referred to a member of the university`s management at the request of one of the parties to the dispute. The executive will meet with the officer, his representative (if any) and the director, human resources department or candidate to try to resolve the issue within 10 business days. Each resolution takes the form of a written agreement.

(a) the university recognizes a service leave credit of up to five years for previous jobs at another Australian university, the Commonwealth or the State Public Service or a Commonwealth or State Statutory Authority, provided there is no more than two months of work between the licensing body and the university. The University recognizes service time with an independent agency for which the officer was not granted long-term leave and was not paid in lieu of wages, and for which the employment included duties closely related to the duties performed at the University of the Sunshine Coast. When an officer has been paid by a former employer for accumulated long-term leave or a long-term leave has been taken, the university grants proportional service leave after being employed at the university for at least three years. When a previous benefit is recognized, any long service leave granted later by the university or payment made in lieu of such leave is calculated as if that service had been notified to the university.
